watering

Le philodendron s'épanouit dans un environnement lumineux sans lumière directe (est/ouest). Il peut également tolérer une exposition nord, mais cela peut limiter sa croissance et la taille de ses feuilles.

Exposure

Arrosez le philodendron scandens 1-2 fois par semaine au printemps/été et 1 fois/semaine en automne/hiver. Laissez le sol sécher sur 2 cm en surface entre deux arrosages et humidifiez son tuteur à chaque arrosage.

Température

Le philodendron est friand de chaleur. Maintenez une température minimale de 15°C en hiver. En été, il tolère aisément des températures jusqu'à 30°C.

Toxicity

La sève du philodendron est légèrement toxique par ingestion pour les humains et les animaux.
